We all aim for contentment, self-confidence and happiness. And we all know it’s tough at times. Anyone can be thrown into a tailspin by problems at work, in relationships, with finances, health, life transitions, caring for elderly parents, losing a loved one, losing a dream. By addressing these issues with a caring professional, you can clear the way for resolution and greater joy.
You may have a concern that can be resolved in a matter of weeks, or you may need more time. Either way, it’s difficult to see clearly from the eye of your own storm. I will always give you as much time and support as you need. Among the greatest factors in dealing with life’s stressors is the quality of your personal relationships, which we can explore as part of our process.
The act of reaching out – seeking the objective voice of a therapist – can provide the breathing space you need to explore challenges, put them into perspective, and find solutions. I believe in a collaborative therapeutic process, offering an environment of genuine listening with no fear of judgment – a powerful force for healing in itself. I promise to help you get past current issues, so you can emerge stronger for the rest of life.
Individual and family/group counseling available. Sessions may be covered by your insurance.
